As of 2025-09-18, the log in method for the GoA Central Form Repository has been updated.
Access to Protected forms is granted only to "Government of Alberta Employees", or authorized Government of Alberta Agents.
For Agents, log in with your Organization or "Alberta.ca Account Business".
